Konkrete Rose Exchange Policy


Konkrete Rose DOES NOT ISSUE REFUNDS for returned items. 

Konkreterose.com understands that ordering online is not always an easy task. We want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. We are happy to exchange your item(s) for store credit or for another available item of equal value.

Exchange Guidelines

    1. Items returned within 30 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for a store credit or exchange for another item of equal value. Returns received after this date will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
    2. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Products with a removed hygiene seal (bodysuits/swimsuits) are not eligible for return. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will be returned to you at your expense. If we are unable to do so, you will receive a store credit with a 15% fee deducted from the amount of the value of the item(s) returned.
    3. All items are returned to Konkrete Rose at the expense of the customer. Please be sure to include a note inside the return package with your name, order number, and what you wish to receive in exchange for the enclosed item.
    4. A tracking number for the returned package must be obtained by the customer in case the package is lost on its way back to Konkrete Rose. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your exchange.
